A poly bubble mailer (padded / air-bubble shipping envelope) is a protective mailer used to shield fragile and sensitive items from impact, scratches and moisture in transit. The outer layer is a polyethylene film and the inner layer is an air-bubble (bubble-wrap) lining; the top flap has a permanent self-adhesive strip. It packs electronics, cosmetics, jewelry, glass and ceramics in a single step — no extra bubble wrap needed.
You can order poly bubble mailers directly from us, the manufacturer. We sell wholesale from our production facility in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. Orders are made to order; items are dispatched within 3 business days and shipped anywhere.
Three color options: matte black, silver-metallic and white. All three have a polyethylene outer layer and an air-bubble lined interior. Matte black is opaque and conceals the contents with a premium look; silver-metallic gives a glossy, premium finish; white offers a clean, matte opaque look.
A pocket poly bubble mailer has a clear document pocket on the front — ideal for marketplace sellers who attach a packing slip or invoice. The plain model is more economical and is preferred by e-commerce operations using thermal/barcode label systems. The pocket option costs only +0.50 TL per piece.
The minimum order is 10,000 pcs for both pocket and plain mailers. Quantity tiers of 10,000 / 20,000 / 30,000 / 40,000 / 50,000 pcs automatically receive 0%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% discounts respectively.
