What Determines Poly Bubble Mailer Prices and the 2026 Pricing Logic

Poly bubble mailer prices are set as a fixed TL amount per piece and vary by size and by the pocket/plain choice; no quantity-based tiered discount is applied. Our current per-piece prices are published on the home page and the product detail pages; the prices do not include VAT.

Why a Fixed Per-Piece Price?

In poly bubble mailer production, cost depends directly on size, the amount of material and the pocket/plain structure. A fixed per-piece price lets the seller plan clearly how many shipments they will make — the cost of each envelope is known.

Our Pricing Structure

• 7 standard sizes × pocket/plain × 3 colors (black / metallized silver / white)
• The pocket model is +0.50 TL per piece over the plain model
• Minimum order: 10,000 pieces (wholesale)
• No quantity-based tiered discount — the same unit price at every quantity
• Prices exclude VAT, fixed TL per piece
• Products are made to order and handed to the courier within 3 business days

Factors That Affect Price

• Size (smallest 10x15+5 cm — largest 40x50+5 cm)
• Pocket/plain choice (+0.50 TL pocket difference)
• A special size or logo-printing request (non-standard production)
• Raw-material prices of the air-bubble cushioning and outer polyethylene film
• Color choice does not affect price (Black, Metallized Silver and White are three separate product lines, the same 7 sizes and the same price)
